Oyster Roast Silent Auction to Benefit Local Organizations

It’s not too early to start bidding on rare wines, art, and more from our Oyster Roast Silent Auction! This long anticipated event is a crowd favorite, helping to raise money for deserving local organizations through Beaufort Wine and Food. Once again, we’re holding our silent auction online. This year, proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction will benefit two local organizations very close to our hearts: The Boys & Girls Club of Beaufort and The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center. You can show your support by joining us for our Oyster Roast at Beaufort East Village this November, or by bidding in our silent auction starting now!

You don’t have to be present at the event to bid on or win auction items. You can place your bid from the comfort of your home, but why skip one of our favorite annual events? Charles Benjamin Park of Beaufort Grocery, long-time friend of Beaufort Wine and Food and renowned local chef, will be preparing an expertly crafted menu, perfectly paired with steamed oysters. Joe Darden Seafood, Blue Ocean Market, Fishtowne Seafood, Mr. Big Seafood, and more are teaming up to deliver fresh local oysters and other local catch to this incredible event.
