Beaufort Wine and Food welcomes the Carolina Brewing Company to the first ever Beaufort’s Brewin’ Craft Beer Festival! These Holly Springs-natives first opened their doors in 1995, making Carolina Brewing Co. the oldest active brewery in Wake County. The first kegs of the flagship brand, Carolina Pale Ale, were delivered to the 42nd Street Oyster Bar in Raleigh that same year in July. Since then, the brewery has continued to wow North Carolinians with selections like the Carolina Nut Brown Ale and Old 392 Barleywine.
