Anthony Garnett – Coral Bay Club

Anthony Garnett, Executive Chef at the Coral Bay Club in Atlantic Beach, NC, loves to prepare regional American cuisine with lots of seafood, “all kinds of seafood, cooked lots of different ways.”

Anthony especially loves to source local ingredients – from the daily fresh catch to local NC oysters that he procures through the Carteret Catch program, to making his own sea salt and buying organic bell peppers from a small local farm.
